How do I finish PayPal payment or change payment method?
 

1. Log into your account at our website

2. In "My Account", click "Review Orders"

3. Find your order, click "View or Change Order"

4. Click "Change" payment method, or "Pay via Paypal" if using PayPal

5. Click "Continue"

6. You are directed to PayPal.com site, and finish the transaction there

How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
  RETURNS / EXCHANGE
All Returns/Exchange items are accepted within 30 days after shipping date. No Return or Exchange items will be accepted after 30 days.15% re-stocking fee applies to all returns within 30 days.

Damaged return within 30 days are subject to a reduced refund, the item has to be in a re-sellable condition for a full refund (shipping is not refundable); unless the defect was a manufacturing error and is covered under warranty.

Any user modification to the screen, power system, control system or case will terminate the warranty immediately.

Only returns with an RMA Number will be accepted, please contact HTDepot (800-620-8006) for RMA; This number has to be on the OUTSIDE of the returned package box for the return to be eligible. RMA expires 14 days after being issued. Expired RMAs will not be accepted.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipment, and we recommend traceable shipping service for return shipping. Returned or Exchange items must be shipped back with shipping prepaid. All returns is to be sent to HTDEPOT, 14080-F Sullyfield Cir Chantilly, VA, 20151, plesae insure the package for its purchase value; and if the screen is lost or damaged during shipping you will need to make the claim with the shipping carrier.

Shipping cost are not refundable, customer will be responsible for shipping the return.

Refunds take five to ten business days to appear on your statement.

WARRANTY
If an item has a defect that is covered under the warranty (1 or 3 years specific to the item), the customer needs to ship the item back to HTDepot. We will cover only the parts and labor and re-shipping the item back to the customer.
For all warranty related issues, please contact HTDepot for further instructions.

DAMAGE / LOSS Claims
All our shipments are insured and we are not responsible for any shipping damage. To ensure coverage under shipping carrier's insurance policy, all shipping damage MUST be reported within 5 business days after delivery date to be eligible.
If shipping damage is not reported within the time frame, carrier's insurance no longer applies, and product with shipping damage is no longer eligible for a return.  Proof of damage must be provided to HTDepot for a claim to be originated - pictures may be required to be taken of damaged goods and sent to CS@htdepot.com along with order number.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?

If we provide a return shipping label for the customer to return a product to us, customer has 2 weeks to do so or they will be charged the full price of the item

REFURBISHED PRODUCTS - SPECIAL RETURN POLICY:
