Job Description: Looking for a reliable, energetic sales person for outbound sales calls. Solicit business prospects, book customers, generate incremental sales and maintain account relationship. Full time job, 9-5 M-F. Base salary, plus commission. Commission detail will be revealed in interview.
Partime arrangment possible.
Must be authorized to work in the US.
Requirment:
1. Outgoing, energetic with a go-getter sale personalaity.
2. Experience in home theater industry preferred.
3. English/Spanish bi-lingual not required, but preferred.
4. Honest, organized and capable of record keeping, follow up and execute commitment.
5. Know how to use Computer and Internet, common sense to geographic and measurements information.

Customer Service and Inside Sales
Job Title: Customer service and inside sales
Job duties:
1. Responsible for handling inbound calls, emails and web chats to help customers.
For customer service issues, responsible for providing high quality customer service;
For sales questions, provide proper help and convert into sales, take orders over the phone as needed.
2. Assist business manager on general shipping and handling needs, and occasionally other office works as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Energetic personel with good attention to detail. Knowledge/interest to home threater products and terms is a plus.
• Experience in Word, Excel and MS outlook. Experience in using online chat software is a plus, knowing basic MS Access is a plus.
• Demonstrated skill at communicating openly and effectively. Ability and patience to present information effectively and respond to customer's questions properly.
